Skills and experience
Jankowski brings extensive underwriting and marketing experience to her role as Head of U.S. Energy Casualty and Regional Head of Large Casualty. She is currently responsible for the P&L of Energy Casualty and Large Casualty portfolio, delivering a variety of insurance coverages to corporate customers, including General Liability, Auto, Workers’ Compensation and Umbrella Liability. Jankowski manages six offices in North America and an overall portfolio of $450M GWP. The Energy and Large Casualty business units work extensively with corporate customers, including many among the Fortune 500.
Jankowski has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business. She was previously named “Company Employee of the Year” by the Independent Insurance Association of Houston (IIAH), and is a Past Chair of the organization’s Continuing Education Committee. She was also named one of the Top 10 “Women in Insurance Leadership” by Insurance Networking News (INN) and included in “Who’s Who in Energy” by the Houston Business Journal. Sharing Zurich’s commitment to community involvement, Jeanne has been an active supporter of the Houston Food Bank and Dress for Success. She also is a Board Member for Kids’ Meals.
Jankowski holds a BA degree from St. Mary’s College, Notre Dame, Indiana. She also studied for one semester abroad with New York University in Madrid, Spain. She has completed the Management for Executives Program at Rice University and has completed four parts of the CPCU curriculum. She also maintains a Texas General Agents’ license.
